Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ckr444 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds therein.
ckr444 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and current. ckr444 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Accounts containing materially inaccurate information may be suspended until the information is corrected to ckr444's satisfaction.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ckr444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its then-current inactivity policy, which will be communicated to the Account holder at the registered email address before any deduction is applied. Where an Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
ckr444 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be reflected. ckr444 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or technical failures outside of ckr444's control.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, and you must not use the ckr444 Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. ckr444 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation of suspected financial crime and may freeze Account balances pending investigation without prior notice.
Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders who have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds. A withdrawal request will not be processed where there is an incomplete KYC verification, an unresolved dispute, or an active investigation on the Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard Account holders; however, daily and weekly withdrawal processing caps may apply depending on your Account tier and the payment method selected.
ckr444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to identity verification completion. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case ckr444 may direct the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered to your Account. ckr444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the withdrawal destination details (mobile wallet number, bank account number) you provide are accurate. ckr444 shall not be held liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account where the error arose from information you supplied.
All bonuses offered by ckr444 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where there is a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
